2003 Suzuki RV125 K3 Van Van 125cc Good Condition Many New Parts

This is a good example of this ever popular motorbike and is in good condition with a long MOT.
We acquired the bike as a Cat C insurance claim as it had had a front end collision. It has been repaired was MOT'd in September 2015. The MOT advisories were; brake pad (s) close to legal limit. rear suspension bush has slight free play. As you can see from the extensive list that follows we have changed the swinging arm bushes and all brake pads and brake shoes.
The work that has recently been carried out on the bike includes:
New magneto gasket fitted.
New SBS front brake pads fitted.
New rear drum brake shoes fitted.
New speedometer cable fitted.
New original part throttle cable fitted.
New headlamp housing fitted.
New front fork seals and front fork dust seals fitting.
New swinging arm bushes fitting.
New engine oil filter fitting.
New digital flasher relay fitted.

Front fork oil replaced.
Main engine oil changed.
Neutral light switch remounted and refit. O ring refitted correctly.
Replacement swing arm fitted.
Speedometer remounted and refitted.
Instrumentation lights repaired and refitted.
Replacement front mudguard fitted.
Left hand grip remounted.
Right-hand grip and throttle slide replaced.
Some of Lower front engine bracket bolts replaced.
Front fork stanchions checked for alignment when disassembled (well within tolerances).
Front fork Springs inspected (well within tolerances).
Upper engine bracket bolts replaced.
Right hand foot rest Mount adjusted.
Steering head bearings adjusted.
Swinging arm mounts and rear shock mounts have been properly greased and some replacement bolts have been fitted.
Chain case properly remounted.
Main chain greased.
Front indicator repaired.
The tyres appear to be in good condition with plenty of tread remaining and chain and sprockets are in good condition and appear quite new.
