Italian Lambretta Scooter Series 3 125/ 200 SIL engine

Here i have an Italian Lambretta series 3. Li125. with good clear numbers. Was restored a few years ago before my ownership. It is now fitted with a SIL 200 engine. THE LOG BOOK STILL SHOWS AS A 125. Result. Its in my name and shows 4 previous owners since 2003.
The Scoot was restored before my ownership and done as a good useable ride rather than an outright monster or show queen. It is still in a very good condition but it isn't mint. just an honest to goodness useable rider.
The paintwork is generally good. nice colour scheme. though it has picked up a few marks from storage mainly rather than use. the worst one being a large chip in the front mudguard. It could be easily covered over with a sticker but id rather you see it than try to hide it.
The engine was an off the shelf rebuilt unit. built as far as i know stock rather than trick. Has the correct 200 engine numbers. There is a little oxidisation on the casing but this would polish out with a bit of effort.
Three quality whitewall tyres fitted that again show little signs of use. It has an MOTC till mid May 2016 and i cant see any reason it wouldn't fly through again. No advisories on the last test.
I could go on and on but this Scoot is perfect for you if you want to use one rather than fettle with it. It runs superbly. kicks over easily enough and does exactly what it was intended to do.
