BSA Rocket 3 MK1 750

This BSA Rocket MK 1 was bought from a dealer who had it re imported almost thirty years ago. the dealer used it very briefly until i bought it as a restoration project. the only parts taken off for restoration are the tank. clutch cover. side panels. mud guards. foot rest and foot controls and battery tray. these can be seen in the pictures. the tank is excellent and dent free (i stripped it myself) the mud guards and side panels need re painting. it was the intention to rebuild as a concours motorcycle using stainless parts many of the new parts have been collected through the years and are included in the sale. the engine has not been touched by me but turned over regularly. new parts included in the sale are new clutch adjuster. omplete exhaust system. tainless steel exhaust roses with stainless bolts. olished stainless spring set from the USA. stainless 3 x side panel screws. 6 x stainless jubilee clips for the induction stubbs. aircleaner with element and rubbers. llen screw set for the engine covers. 1 x silencer bracket. rear light side reflectors. side panel badges x 2. full set of foot rest kickstart and gear change rubbers. silencer hangers in chrome (NOS). new handle bars with twist grips and levers. Boyer Bransden electronic ignition. speedometer restored by a specialist. and converted from kilometers travelled to miles showing 17. 77 miles. dating certificate supplied by a specialist showing red as originally built in 1969.
it has matching numbers on frame and engine. missing parts are tank grommet and one silencer bracket. no keys.
