I have owned this bike from new having bought it from SP Motorcycles in Exeter. It has been regularly serviced including the all important Valve Service, done at SP. Full Service history with receipts. Two Keys.
The bike is completely stock apart from a Tail Tidy, a Fender extender and LED headlights. It has upgraded starter and charging cables (John Walker Cables). It wears almost new Metzelers. The forks had an oil change last summer.
I have a genuine Race ECU which I can fit for you if you intend to run an end can. I have the diagnostics so no dealer involvement required to set it up!
