Gilera 50 Trials, 1973 fully restored

I am reluctantly selling my 1973 Gilera 50 Trials.
I purchased it in September 2011 in a sorry state, silver painted chrome work, wrong seat and on a Q plate. I decided to do a full nut and bolt restoration which took me four years to complete. I have a road bike, mountain bike, my own business and now I have a new grandson. I simply do not have time for all these things so it is time to sell the Gilera to someone I hope will get the most out of it.

The bike was taxed and has been road legal since, it is now taxed. I have kept all MOT certificates. The current mileage on the clock from restoration completion is 20 miles (new speedo).

Please note: the photos show the headlight all chrome, this has recently changed. The back is black and the rim is chrome so is the light guard.

As any new buyer of the bike will see from the documentation that accompanies the Gilera an eye watering amount of money has been spent on its restoration. In this sale I just want to recoup as much money back as I possibly can.
