Kawasaki Z1A 1974, long MOT

Bought in 1995 when I was living in Texas, and came home to Suffolk with me in 2000 – so we've owned it over half its life.
The engine was rebuilt by specialists in Houston, a haven of early Z 900's.
Very reliable runner, I regularly did good trips in it around South East England visiting relations.

The improvements made are all reversible, and those original parts come with the Z1Electronic ignition – the original points set are supplied. The original rear shock absorbers are supplied, with their chromed shrouds and reflectors.
The chain oil reservoir, and its beautiful pump, are boxed up: useful when the bike was made, but the advent of o-ring chains made it superfluous. Other handy kit comes with the sale, including... Spanners for setting the drive chain adjustment. Air & oil filters, new spark plugs. Continuous chain tool. New brake pads & shoes.
