1947 Indian, VIN CDG4387

Up for sale is a 1947 Indian Chief Motorcycle. Frame # 3479025. Engine # CDG4387. 37,884 miles. It currently does not run. It has been sitting since 1987. Motor is seized from sitting. It will need to be gone through mechanically to run again. Missing some pieces Exhaust headers are rotted (see Pictures). Looks to be an older 1980s restoration. To the left of the engine number looks to have a corrosion crack in the case (See picture). Chrome has rust/pitting. Front brake does work, rear brake does work. Rolls fine.
