AJS 18s 500cc single 1952

For sale AJS model 18s.
I have owned this bike for approximately 8 years, previously been in the family since the 70's. It is a good runner and starts easily.
The following as been done to the bike in my ownership;
Rebuilt wheels with stainless rims and spokes. Rebuilt forks, new bushes, seals etc. Rebuilt Jampots, new seals etc. Engine rebored, new piston, new valve guides. New swingarm bushes and pivot. (powdercoated). Tank resprayed/lined. New seat (Leightons). New cables, chains, levers. Magneto rebuilt (Priory magnetos). Dynamo rebuilt, charging well. Oil tank resprayed. New brake shoes. Numerous new parts and fasteners fitted. Original buff logbook.
Fitted with later full width hubs and 1 1/4 forks.
