1949 Harley-Davidson VIN 49WL4674

Listing this 1949 Harley Davidson WL.
I recently bought this to be used as a gift/trade to my father, but unfortunately with upcoming surgerys and health issues he's not going to be able to use it.
The previous owner had it running on a aftermarket carburetor. I recently put the original style carburetor back on the bike that's in the photos, and that's as far as I got with it. I never got the carburetor rebuilt or hooked fully up to get it running again and I never went through the whole bike myself, so it is being listed as a non-running project.
There is a clean title I was given for it. Please see photos for yourself as it is being listed as a non-running project, so parts may need cleaned, fixed, restored and or replaced, and there are blemishes, bubbles, pits, dents, tears, rust, nicks, scratches, etc., look at all photos!
