Harley-Davidson XG500 Street

I bought this LAMS approved motorbike for my son who is too young to understand the significance of riding the worlds most renowned motorcycle - Harley Davidson.
The model XG500 Street motorbike is a great little entry cruiser to find your feet in the world of motorcycling. Anyway, he then went out and bought himself a Yamaha R3. His loss and my financial gain as this beautiful little classic 500cc Harley has a genuine 300kms on the odometer. Yes, you are reading this correctly... When I bought it in June 2024 the original owner didn't know how to ride and bought it on impulse. He dropped it just after purchase at low speed and parked it in the shed for 6 years !! Other than the minor scrapes from that one and only drop, it is in immaculate condition as per the photographs. This motorcycle hasn't even used a full tank of gas since it was purchased as new.
Modifications include black aftermarket shocks (not sure of the brand but I have the box), forward controls and a modified exhaust system that makes it sound like a big 1340cc Shovel Head. I also recently installed a brand-new battery.
The rubber is great and this bike is a pleasure to ride for either the accomplished rider or an 'L Plate' beginner. The minor damage is shown in the pictures and this bike will be sold very quickly, so make it your priority to take it for a test ride and feel how good the bike really is.
