1980 Honda CX500 Motorcycle

Owned it since 2011. It was unregistered so just stored in my shed for the first couple of years Don't know any of its history. Can't prove odometer reading. But I do know: Engine runs and sounds sweet. Revs easily. It's always been reliable. My last country ride was to Kiama and return. Performs great on the open road. Probably averaged only about 3,000 km a year over the last 10 or so years. Some years didn't rego so no ride. Rego expired November 2020. It's been sitting in shed since. Started occasionally, always fires up easily.
Work done over the last 10 years.
1) Stator replaced.
2) Water pump mechanical seal replaced.
3) New exhaust system.
4) Stainless braided front brake lines and master cylinder. Stops very well !
5) Front fork seals
6) Two pack paint and new decals.
Everything works and sounds like it should.
Nothing to do, expect it would pass rego.
Typical Honda quality. Built to last. Near bullet proof engine.
Seems to be heaps of spare parts available around the world. ( While other makes are sometimes gone and forgotten within 5 years)
