Our business was founded in 1989 by John D. Yuilleas a purely service operation joined by John Yuille Jnr less than 2 years laterthe partnership has steadily grown to become one of the largest suppliers andservicers of Utility ATV's and Utility Vehicles in the country.
From our beginnings as Agricultural Engineers wequickly noticed the potential for ATV's in Scottish Farming and quicklydiversified to become an ATV Specialist. Unlike most of our competitorswe only sell. service and maintain ATV's & Utility Vehicles and theiraccessories. no other products are handled which has let us focus 100% on thissector.
We have steadily grown first to NewtonStewart. covering our customers in Dumfries and Galloway and managed by SimonClanahan. and then Lochgilphead. servicing throughout Argyll and the WesternIsles managed by Robbie Semple. and all supported by our staff at Head Officein Hollybush just outside Ayr we work hard to make sure we stay at theforefront of our industry. From Head Office we cover as far North as Invernessand across into the Borders servicing on site and leaving loan vehicle for ourcustomers if a machine has to leave a farm (we know how important thesemachines are to our customers).
As one on the few specialist ATV &UTV business we represent the most prestigious manufacturers in theworld and are uniquely placed to offer our customer genuine impartial adviceand help when choosing their next ATV. Utility Vehicle or Accessory. Ourcurrent line-up consists of Yamaha. Suzuki. Honda. Kawasaki UTV. JCB Workmaxand Polaris there is no other dealer is the whole of the UK to represent such adiverse range of franchises* .
Our business is built around our service andaftersales department and we would like think we offera truly superior service. certainly we employ more service anaftersales staff than any of our competitors. With no dedicated sales peoplethere is every chance the person that is recommending your next ATV or UtilityVehicle is also the person who will be looking after it so you can be assuredof genuine advice to help you get the right machine for your job.
In recent years we have noticed a shift towards theUtility Vehicle sector. With multiple seats and the ability to carry a hugeload. use diesel and most importantly have a cab this type of vehicle is fastbecoming a familiar site around many Scottish farms and we have purposelyadjusted our business to take this into consideration having pursued and obtainedthe franchises for Kawasaki. JCB Workmax and most recently Polaris* to makesure our customer have the widest choice.
Finalist and winners of multiple industry awards(including a Scottish Farmer award) we are recognised as the industry leadersin our field.
As the business progresses into the next stage ofexpansion Janis Yuille (John Yuille Jnr wife) joins the business as a directorand as the business continues it will be John & Janis that direct thing ona day to day basis.
Still very much a family business both familieslive on site and John Jnr sons Jack (13) & Billy (9) can be seen most daysin the office or workshop before and after school.
*(not all depots represent allfranchises).
