Beautiful Model D1 AJS 800cc V Twin combination. single family ownership from new with matching chassis. engine and gearbox numbers. including original AJS 'Standard' sidecar supplied with the machine from new.

The restoration of the machine started back in the early 80's. the engine has recently undergone a rebuild by T&L engineering. extremely original throughout.

The machine has been yard tested. the engine fires into life pretty much first kick. all gears and clutch operate without fault. The combination is being sold as an ongoing project as there are small jobs to complete. i. e. the sidecar is missing its chair. the carbide lamps require new hoses and a few small paint jobs to complete.

Fully transferable registration number. MOT and Tax exempt
