Vespa Rally 200 Electronic - 1975

This scooter was first registered in October 1975. it is the very rare Femsatronic 6V Rally 200 with all of the original body parts. electrics and engine specifications with no modifications to the original design and has recently undergone a full nut and bolt restoration. ensuring the pedigree of this ever more rare scooter remained intact. With only 2 previous owners from new the bike was bought by me from an older chap who occasionally rode it until 1982 and then left it standing in his garage for over 30 years. With only 8 thousand miles on the clock the scooter was mechanically in excellent condition with no body damage and little rust. apart from the front mud guard and the vented side panel (pictures available upon request). Consequently the nut and bolt restore was purely based on achieving a showroom condition by professionally re-polishing. re-chroming. re-covering. re-painting and overhauling all the original parts or indeed sourcing original Piaggio parts such as rubbers. grips. and seals.

With a number of pictures of before and after the restoration the scooter is probably one of the most a genuine in the country and viewing is highly recommended. MOT is up to March 2014 and is sold with both the new version (current log book) and a copy of the original log book and the 1982 Tax disc from its previous life!

As most true enthusiasts would want. I too want her to go to a genuine enthusiast who will recognise her pedigree and the fact that there are so few left remaining in this original state.

Testimony to her reliability. I have just returned back from the Isle of White Scooter Rally on her and she coped beautifully with the 500 mile round trip without any problems at all and indeed turned many heads on the Island as many appreciated the quality of this Rally 200. I am reluctantly selling this rare breed of scooter in order to put the funds towards a new business venture and envisage having little time to ride her in the future as such she would benefit by going to a new and very proud owner.
