1985 Honda VF1000R Classic, Very nice original bike, fitted Kerker cans, 19k miles

Here we have a very nice low mileage VF1000R. Now getting very collectable.
The bike is in great condition. No damage to speak of. mechanics good. Runs very well. Only 19k miles. New tyres fitted. Carbs cleaned etc. recently. Fitted with Kerker race cans. Complete with its original tool kit. just love these bikes. Even with all the weight they carry they are still a very quick bike that can still carry good corner speed. They didn't win anything in racing. but they do come into there own as a very quick. et comfortable road bike. with looks to die for. This really was Honda's flag ship in the early 80's. They chucked everything at it. and did not skimp. You had to be a very rich man in the 80's to own one of these. I used to druel over them in bike showrooms in the 80's). real man's bike. that you sit in. mean over that huge tank. point in the right direction. then open the taps on that superb V4 power and torque. There is nothing quite like 1000cc V4 power delivery. 122bhp goes a long way. Great fun to ride. Its always a challenge keeping up with modern stuff. but its never to far behind. and over a distance with its 5 gallon tank and superb comfort over a long distance you can win hands down. Great bikes that are a joy to own. and are a good investment. Will go up in value over the years.
