1951 Sunbeam S8 500

This very smartly presented Sunbeam S8 is a later Gold badged example that is finished in Black with standard Amal carburettor. This desirable motorcycle has a fully sprung rear with smooth underslung shaft drive. From close inspection we can see this is a beautifully aged older restoration that has had the frame powder coated. The seat recovered and the tank. ancillaries and wheels refinished as part of the refurbishment program.

The 500cc engine is clean. tidy and oil tight running smoothly and starting well. The ignition and electrics all function correctly and the bike will be supplied with a full 12 months MOT. On arrival the Sunbeam has been comprehensively road tested and we can report no concerns.
