1964 Triumph 6T Thunderbird

For sale: My very good 1964 6T Triumph Thunderbird.
I bought it for £5000 in November 2011.

In 2012, the engine and gearbox were completely reconditioned by SRM Engineering Ltd at a cost of £2808.73.
It also has new stainless wheels and spokes built by SRM at a cost of £516.68.
New front and back tyres were fitted at a cost of £182.00.
I have fitted new Hagon shock absorbers (£75.00), new fork seals and bushes (£13.00), and new 12V Boyer Bransden electronic ignition (£86.97).
Additionally, a complete new alternator was installed at a cost of £125.00, along with a new regulator (£40.00).

This bike should be good for another 50 years with the amount of work and money I have spent on it.
I have the bills to show for all the work and a full report from SRM Engineering detailing the new parts fitted.

It has traveled 92 miles since the rebuild.
In total, I have spent £3900+ making this a very good bike. It owes me £8900, but I am selling for £5900.

It may look very original from the outside, but inside, it is restored to like-new standard.
