Unless stated. all of the parts were new and this massive amount of work was done only 378 miles ago.

Chromework done. Paintwork done. Frame and swinging arm powder coated. Alloy rims and stainless steel spokes. Tubes and tyres. Front and rear brake shoes. 8" twin leader on the front. Bearings and paint on wheel hubs. Stations and bushes etc. on forks. 120 chronometric speedo. Handlebar and fittings. Steering headstock taper roller conversion. Seat (Leightons) and fittings. Headlamp and fittings. Wiring redone. Nearly new (Hagon) rear shocks. Reconditioned centre stand. Valve springs. Cylinderhead and barrel re-machined at joint. Some stainless steel fittings etc. 6 spring clutch parts throughout. Primary and drive chain. 21 tooth engine sprocket. Cases polished. Magneto. gearbox and dynamo (6v E3L) fully rebuilt. Voltage control unit. 6V battery. Exhaust system and fittings.

Engine:

Rebored +60 pistons 7.25 etc. Needle roller main bearing. Conversion with crank end feed. Primary side main bearing (RHP). Big ends at -30 and new shells. Inlet valve guides. Spitfire cam 67.356 fitted. Timing 3/8" BTDC full ADV. (slack wire). Tappets. 008"/. 010" points. 012". Oil straight 50 engine and gearbox.
