2010 Ducati Street Fighter 1098 White

I'm selling my Ducati Streefighter due to having nowhere to keep it. the lady whose garage I used to rent has decided to sell which means i have nowhere for it. Its totally mint not got a mark on it. it was run in properly and has had no expense spared. It has been serviced religiously by Ducati Leeds (where i bought it). Last year it had the big service including all belts and fluids. I have the service book with all the stamps in it. last week it was serviced by Ducati Leeds even though it had only done a few hundred miles last year.
It has a few tasteful extras which I'm including with the bike: -
Mivv slip on cans (original cans also), R&G tail tidy, Ducati comfort seat.
It is currently on SORN and has about a month left on the MOT. I am willing to MOT and tax the bike at the buyers cost so it can be ridden away.
I have both keys v5 all the books. finance was cleared last week (letter to prove).
I am not open to daft offers or swaps this is the nicest Street fighter you will see it has not been thrashed by a wannabe road racer!
Ducati Leeds (in Shipley) is literally at the bottom of my road so if you need to know anything about the bikes history when you view it we can nip down and have a word with them.
