1945 Norton 16h 500cc.

This is a very original example of a Norton 16h 500cc side vale single cylinder motorcycle. This particular motorcycle has been restored to a very high standard. with gleaming and unmarked two pack paintwork. it retains all its original tinware that is also in very good condition. This lightweight motorcycle starts very easily and ticks over to a nice beat with NO undue smoke or rattles form the engine.. It has a new battery fitted and the charging system has a nice healthy charge. it has the correct Terry's seat fitted that is a pleasure to sit on and is very comfortable. it has the correct smiths chronometric speedometer that works well and smoothly. Lot of paperwork with the bike as well as matching engine and frame numbers and yes the number plate is transferable ( if you must ) plus receipts for parts. This 69 year old motorcycle is a pleasure to ride and has lovingly been looked after and looks better in real life as the pictures do not do it justice
