1970 Triumph Bonneville T120R

This wonderful machine is a 1961 Triumph Bonneville T120R!

It was made on July 20th 1961 and dispatched to Triumph corporation. Baltimore USA in December of that year.

Prior to going to America this bike was one of only 86 to be converted to 1962 specification (in November 61).

The bike has finally returned to its home country after over 50 years. it is currently being re registered by ourselves and will be fully serviced and MOT'd.

It has got all the correct T120R bits. head etc.

This bike is an older restoration but has not been used much so is still in lovely condition but it has been polished and ridden a few times over the years so there are some small blemishes here and there to the paintwork and chrome.

Mileage is recorded on the speedo as 11100 KM'S (not sure how accurate this is. the speedo reads in KM'S).

The bike needs to be seen to be appreciated.

In the opinion of most Bonneville experts by 1970 Triumph had nailed the design of their flagship model. After over a decade of modifications these bikes were the last of the line. before the introduction of the oil-in-frame T140. As a result these bikes are prized by owners and restorers alike. This particular matching numbers bike has been imported by us from one of our reliable US sources. and was the subject of a a ground up restoration over there. The photos speak for themselves. We are MOTing. taxing and registering the bike in this country for the lucky new owner.
