BMW R60/7 custom cafe racer (800cc upgrade)

Custom BMW R60/7 1977 Cafe Racer. This is a build by RB Kustoms and is built to the highest standards. RB Kustoms builds bikes for Warrs Harley Davidson so the quality is always A+ and not to be confused with semi pro shed built cafes you get here. The bike is registered as a R60/7 but has had engine upgraded to 800cc from the past owner. (also larger sump) Bike was serviced by BMW Chandlers before rebuild. new gaskets etc.

It runs perfectly and there are no problems with the bike. Its a lot of fun to ride and The bike has new MOT and some tax left (July). V5 is all in order and any inspection is welcome.

Professionally Tidied up frame and fabricated subframe (non bolt on frame!)

Re-designed tank. deseamed. new fuel cap set up. 2" taken off bottom and flattened. custom quality fuel taps RSD fuel cap

Custom rear end fabricated with NEW Sportster battery in seat hump.

All NEW electric's. Boyer digital ignition. Zodiac Brain box electric management which is placed under the seat as well as the horn. Pro wiring loom.

Quality Sportster (2013) rear suspension and progressive springs in front (means you can upgrade to any aftermarket Sportster suspension (progressive etc.).

Custom made anodised Yokes/fittings thru out. (all stainless steel fittings / CNC machined parts).

Quality ISR hand controls (Sweden) with button controls for everything including electric starter. horn. lights. indicators. engine cutout.

Dakota digital Speedo with voltage. mileage. trip display in Blue lighting.

Front headlight has a HALO running light. Hi and low beam also controlled on Hand control switch.

LED all in one QUALITY indicators (tail light. indicators. stop light in one small unit) with self cancel discretely placed on frame. SELF CANCELLING.

Biltwell Kungfu Grips and Roland fuel cap (had Harley fuel neck welded into tank to rid of ugly BMW fuel cap setup).

Custom CNC Clip ons and 1" bars adjustable.

Custom seat with memory foam layer and diamond stitching (Trimming centre Brighton. Quality).

TYGA Moto Maggot exhausts on standard stainless steel pipes (wrapped and with baffles).

Key ignition is cleverly placed under the bottom yoke within the frame.

DUAL Brembo front brakes (originally a police bike front wheel and brakes).

NO rear sets on this bike so very comfortable to ride with original MID foot controls.

Everyday tyres are Avon Road Riders (new).

All wiring is NEW with wiring loom into Zodiac Brain Box management and Boyer digital ignition.

All NEW brake cables. clutch cable etc.

Wheels are spoked and original to the bike (not stainless steel unfortunately but were in too good condition to change/rebuild) Trick CNC spacer on rear.

NO alterations made to angle on forks. original fork legs used in Custom Yokes only. fork legs were tidied up and reflector boxes were ground off and filled. painted for a slick look.

The engine is completely sound and the carbs have been serviced and balanced. The bike was serviced and checked over by BMW Chandler in Brighton just before rebuild by RB Kustoms.
