Recently completed restoration BSA A65. built to Hornet specification

Lots of research and attention to detail given to this bike

Built using restored original parts where possible. re-plated or powdercoated.

Engine;

Stripped and inspected.

Top end rebuild.

Barrels stove enamelled. bores honed (std size)

Electronic ignition

New wiring

Wheels;

Restored. powdercoated hubs rebuilt onto stainless rims using stainless spokes.

New wheel bearings.

New Dunlop K70 tyres – 3. 50 x 19” front. 4. 00 x 18” rear

New brakes

Frame;

Period fibreglass petrol tank. restored and ‘ethanol proof' lined.

All new controls / cables etc

Forks rebuilt - ‘Dick Mann' no. 2 numberboard! (easily removable if not required)

Various new and reconditioned parts & fixings throughout – powdercoated / zinc plated / chromed

MOT till July 2014
