1939 Moto Guzzi GTV500 . a Falcone forerunner. Not a showpiece by any means. but good honest transport for two. It has completed many far flung rallies and journeys and never failed to get home reliably . All original with an adjustable steering damper . girder forks with adjustable dampers. swinging arm rear suspension also with adjustable damping which is altogether a very modern specification of cycle parts even by the latest standards. Typically smooth motor with external “bacon slicer “ flywheel . Bills with the bike show a gearbox overhaul completed here at NLM. and a fully restored cylinder head.
