1965 Lambretta LI 125 / 200 Classic Vintage With Old School Feel And Patina

1965 C Reg: Lambretta LI 125 / 200 Classic Scooter. This old Lambretta has been purposely made to look old with a vintage look/patina that may appeal to some but not to others. The bodywork has been rubbed down and lacquered (old school look). We have lots of bills and receipts from the last owner, who was a retired engineer. He acquired the scooter back in September 2001, and from what we can read and see, there are parts invoices, etc., showing that the engine has been fully overhauled with lots of bills from MB Developments. Here are just a few things listed: Stage 4 kit with barrel, head, and piston kit; PHBL 25mm Dellorto carb; GP 107 road/race-type crankshaft; electronic ignition kit; 12-volt conversion on the electrics; new tyres; new wheel bearings; lots of new fixtures and fittings. This is just a small list from the paperwork trail. The scooter is ready to ride and starts very easily with a prod kick starter. All electrics work with no issues. Mechanically, the scooter is perfect, with good gears, clutch operation, throttle response, engine compression, etc.
