BSA M21 Spares or Repair Project Restoration Barn Find

1956 ish ?? BSA M21 Barn find for restoration or spares.
Please study the pictures as these form part of the description. The speedo. headlamp. front mudguard and exhaust are missing. The tank is rusted through and rear mudguard is broken.
The Engine does not turn over.
The tyres hold air. and i have freed the brakes so it can be moved. I have bought a good used rear mudguard. Oil tank and battery tray. which are included in the sale.
There is no V5 but reg number is on the bike and engine/frame numbers are clearly marked.
