This bike is registered on a 2013 '63' plate. I took the trouble of going through the whole MSVA process to get her registered as new. anyone who has built a custom bike will know how difficult it is to achieve this. and hence why most people use a V5 document from a donor bike.
The bike has been built by a time served mechanic and has been assembled correctly. the engine gearbox and primary have been mounted and shimmed correctly to ensure the casings are not under any stress and vibration is almost non existent whilst riding.
Wiring is replicated to Harley Davidson standard wiring so is easy to read and understand. the wiring again has been professionally assembled.
The bike has a direct drive push starter from the motor. this helps minimise the wiring and negates the requirement of any starter relay.
She rides stops and handles superbly. she will ride very sedately if you want but hit the throttle and you can give most sport bikes a run for their money !
I am selling at a realistic price as I am aware most people over exaggerate and over inflate the price of their bikes. I brought this as an unfinished project and therefore at a good price so I am able to pass the benefit on to any buyer whilst still enjoying building it and making myself a small profit.
I have all the official documentation for inspection in the process of getting the bike registered. the bike is 100% straight and genuine the V5 document is in my name and in my possession.
I am selling as this was my intention in the first place after completing the project. hardtails are not really my thing. I am pure Harley at heart hence the sale and the possibility of a swap or part ex for a street Bob.
