This bike was bought to the UK and registered in 2010 and it was used for display only at selected UK indoor events. it has covered just 492 dry miles and is immaculate. we welcome any inspection whatsoever - it is outstanding in every detail

Condition

This bike is stored in a centrally heated environment and is serviced annually regardless of mileage. It has only covered just 492 dry miles whilst running-in. so it is now ready to ride. Comparing this bike side by side with any new bike in any showroom you would not see any difference in condition. this is essentially a brand new motorcycle

Handling

Many custom bikes are built for show than riding and some are so radical they cannot be ridden far at all. Proper Chopper bikes ride and handle beautifully. this bike is so perfectly balanced and it purrs along with awesome power. It will put many 'production' bikes to shame. and unlike some 2006 upwards production bikes there is no need to change your riding style when riding our bikes! With this bike there is:

The primary drive is silent in operation thanks to the enclosed BDL belt drive system. which of course means:

Custom Motorcycle Insurance - The hidden truth

Obtaining insurance for many custom built bikes can prove difficult and many times near impossible. more so if you build yourself or buy a Kit Bike. Therefore. some custom bike builders resort to 'modifying Donor Bikes' to get round the insurance issue. This simply means you may pay £20.000.00 upwards for a 'new' custom bike. but the V5 will show the Donor Bike details (usually a cheaper older bike). and guess what an insurance company would pay-out in the event of a claim? Yep. the trade price of the cheaper bike on the V5 and NOT the price you paid

Proper Chopper motorcycles are a UK recognized motorcycle and therefore any model purchased can be insured for its true declared value and insurance is easily obtained through a number of companies and comparison web sites. I will be happy to discuss this with you and help you get the best possible quote. You will be amazed how low premiums are. This particular bike - I renewed the insurance this year for just:

Payment

The bike will only be released upon cleared funds being received and no we will not enterain any special transfer deals with excess cash involved. we have seem them all

We can help with delivery of the bike to Southampton Port free of charge. Any other UK port delivery will be charged at £1.00 a mile for the round trip and we will help with any shipping arrangements we can - within reason. Please note: the new owner is responsible for ALL transportation / freight / shipping costs and any export/import fees relevant to their country
