This very rare and much sought after 1975 Kawasaki H1F 500 Mach III triple has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 14434 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
As you can see this bike is very nearly complete missing just the airbox assy. It has obviously stood a while so the battery is flat. The paintwork is non standard as are the expansion pipes.
A true time warp machine! The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims. good hubs & brake plate. disc. caliper & working master cylinder. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguard is solid & very tidy. Tail light assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look great. Carburetors are free sliding off the twist grip. Exhausts are not original but are solid & presentable. Seat is in very good condition throughout & hides the toolkit & spare plugs. Indicators & Chain guard are tidy. The engine is cosmetically very clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression – When we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it a few squirts of ether it fires & runs but it. obvious the carbs need attention. don't fret we didn't run it long.
The bike is currently unregistered. The registration process is reasonably uncomplicated.
We HAVE NOT got the Certificate of Title but we will provide proof that VAT & Duty is paid on the NOVA system.
