Description
Hi, here is my BSA B31 350cc in excellent running order. Very original bike, tinware etc. Both frame and engine numbers are ZB31. It's an older restoration and still in nice condition. The bike has been maintained well over the years. Lovely vintage patina about it. It's a very easy starter and still has plenty of power. No nasty noises or anything of that nature. It stood nearly 2 years unused and started 1st kick with fresh fuel today. I've just taken it for a ride out and it went really well. The battery is on charge as it's gone flat from standing. All the electrics were perfect, so they should still be ok. I'll try them out before it's sold.
I would describe the bike as a lot better than oily rag condition. It's not a show winner but a good useable old bike. It does run really good. The tyres are good. The wheels are solid. A lot of people who know the bike say it looks nice just the way it is. Obviously, there's room for improvement like all old bikes if you like things nice and shiny, etc. I'll leave this for the owner, of course.
Only selling it because I fancy a girder fork type bike, flat tanker, etc., something a bit more interesting to take to steam fairs.
You are more than welcome to view the bike.
