BSA C12 Motor Cycle 250cc Classic Vintage 1957 Pre65 Twinshock

1957 BSA C12 250 cc. The V5C is in my name. and the registration number TYP 226 is transferable. The machine was restored 5 years ago by the previous owner who clearly spent much money on the restoration - including rebuilt wheels. new tyres. cables. chains. controls. paintwork. etc. etc. I do not know what work was carried out on the engine and gearbox. but the machine starts easily and runs smoothly. The gears select easily and smoothly. It is fitted with the optional single saddle.

The machine is in very good general condition but is not concours. There is a slight weep of oil from the gearbox but nothing significant. The paintwork has been refinished in cellulose. Please note that the machine is now over 58 years old and is not new. It is sold therefore "as seen". Your detailed inspection before purchase is therefore invited and recommended.
