P&M Panthette 1926 Panther V-Twin vintage BSA flat tank 1930's classic

for sale is my 1926 p&m panthette. this may be the earliest one left?
this bike is very rare and one of only 6 known one of 2 runners!
it is a 250cc v-twin mounted across the frame. with a 4 speed H-section hand change gearbox. the valves are operated by leaf springs.
this is the earlier and rarer type tank. original cast rocker covers which are extremely rare.

the bike is bump start only because the kick start mechanism failed on all models so never came with one. but will start at just over a walking pace. the engine runs well and revs freely.
the gears and clutch all work fine. i have ridden it on a few occasions and rides fine.
I had the the magneto rebuilt when i got it. fitted new tyres and tubes.
the bike comes with a very rare spare set of crankcases plus a few other engine spares. also information about the model and the remaining few left.
reason for selling is i haven't used it for a few years now.
