1972 Ducati 750GT with many fixes / upgrades

Offered here is a nice rider-quality 750GT with many fixes / upgrades. Showing 13,000 miles.

· 300wt alternator from a ST2 (rotor and stator) & modern regulator.
· Engine and frame number match.
· Dyna Electronic ignition with Bosch GT40 coils.
· 34mm Dellorto carbs & handlebar mounted choke lever.
· Modern Brembo 12mm master cylinder, original Lockheed caliper. Stainless braided brake line.
· Original Borrani rims. Steel factory spokes.
· Smiths gauges working (trip-meter not accurate). Original plastic housing in excellent shape.
· Modern left-side switchgear with copy Lucas turn signals. Modern fuse box relocated under side cover.
· Factory Steel fuel tank and side covers.
· Seat was partially recovered using the later Ducati logo across the back. Seat pan in good shape.
· Starts easily and runs smooth.


Being a rider, it has a couple minor issues

· Original paint on frame, with some acid staining from a bad battery, also on stainless chainguard.
· Broken alternator cover around kick start shaft. Broken clamp pinch point on rt fork slider near axle.
· Tires are old


All work done by a professional Italian motorcycle technician for a customer who then never rode the bike. This bike would be a great rider as is with new tires or a basis for an easy resto.
