My 1/1 Harley Davidson 1340 Big Twin Bespoke Bobber
Here my personal Harley is up for sale. which is my 20th Harley Davidson build at Weston Town Customs.
I have ridden many hardtail Harley's. and hitting bumps on one of those machines takes the fun out of riding sometimes. So I have built the most comfortable motorcycle I've ridden to date (I'm not just saying that). I built this unique bike with the natural patina an old Knucklehead or Panhead would have from the earlier 40's. And some of the parts were imported from the USA and those parts are genuine Knucklehead treasures used on this two wheeled piece of history.
I have made this into a lightweight nimble Harley stripping over 50KG. so if you want to ride it like a cafe racer you can do so with ease. When I have a vision for a motorcycle build. expense is not considered. Every bike. has to be built to exceed what I've imagined.
The wiring loom has been to some extent been rebuilt (Working with the original loom colours). To give it a clean look and to maximize reliability. Soldered brass connectors used ONLY not the generic "crimp" connectors. And then heat shrink over the top of every connector. 1340 engine rebuilt by me using the best Cometic multi layer gaskets - Aqua blasted barrels and heads - VHT black barrelValve lap and seats re-cut. pistons taken out and fully cleaned. new piston rings. Bores were in perfect condition (I have pictures of the internals). New Panhead rockers imported from the USA (Cost £885 with import) I have put my patina art into them so they look naturally old, Harley forks shortened on the lathe. with a FULL fork rebuild and new Harley E rated oil, Full custom exhaust with a handmade brass baffle (Removable). The brass baffles are an absolute one off. Genuine 39 Knucklehead foot boards, Genuine 70's Harley Davidson original paint fuel tank, Old USA made tractor seat with hairclips USA made fender, WTC mini sissy bar/fender strut (I made this so you could hook stuff under it). The fender is mounted solid. with hidden bottom mounts that are easy to access. Machined billet tail light - With brass grille, New discs front and rear, Full CV carb rebuild, New air filter, New vintage white wall tyres Front & Rear, Electrical wire overhaul (Hidden) And wrapped in vintage black cloth, WTC made handlebars, Victorian brass horn, WTC brass risers, WTC brass points cover, WTC 1/1 brass baffles, New K&N oil filter, High grade bolts used only. and the right grade in the correct places. New drag specialist gearbox oil, New Harley Davidson brand engine oil.

As expected. both Harley keys kept safe for the new owner. The donor bike was a very low mile Heritage. which cost £££ for a donor bike. It is HPI clear and had a FULL service history before I built it. I only buy in GOOD donor HD'S. Private HOG plate included.
