Almost original with the following exceptions:
1) New fork boots2) Period cable covering on clutch/front brake cables3) Believe the bars are slightly taller than original4) Chrome rear chain guard section5) HD style kick start foot kicker6) Rear shock covers (black) not in place7) Gauge cups are chrome
First kick starter - engine sounds great (no smoke). When purchased the rocker box cover gaskets were leaking and were replaced with copper ones. Valve train area very clean, no grime or sludge. Transmission shifts thru the gears and functions as it should. valves tappets reset and oil changed.
Tank and fender chrome very good to excellent, there are a few small paint chips on the tank(see photos). Decals are most likely original. Seat is in excellent condition.
Lights - high/low and brake all work.
A great bike to ride, enjoy, drive-in's, etc. Not a pristine condition bike, but an excellent rider. View the pictures, some of the fasteners do show their age but consider the originality of the bike and the expected patina from an unrestored bike. Listed mileage is most likely original, however, seller cannot/will not certify that it is accurate.

There will be a "no return" and "no discounts/claims" clause on this sale for International buyers. Sorry for this attitude but I've been taken advantage of times past. The bike is as described and certainly not perfect. If you have knowledge of older British bikes, they are not modern - "hit the button" and go. They do require "fettering" on a routine basis. You are purchasing what is shown and as described. Condition is as described - and is not debatable after the sale. If this gives you cause for concern, do not bid. A few questionable buyers tend to make it more difficult for the majority of honorable buyers.
