1974 Kawasaki H2 750 MACH IV Triple

1974 Kawasaki H2 750 Mach IV Triple Survivor AKA The Widowmaker.
Completely Original & Unmodified One owner, 1,784 original miles, One original key included, Clean/Clear New York State Title in hand.
Background: My father purchased this motorcycle brand new at a local Kawasaki dealer in New York, it was registered for road use for only 1 or 2 years as it still has the 1975 New York State inspection sticker affixed. He put on less than 1,800 He married and started a family and the bike has been sitting in a covered garage for 45 years ever since. Unfortunately my father has passed hence why we are selling it.
Questions:
1. Why is the bike so dirty? Answer: I wanted to explicitly show the condition of the bike and demonstrate how long its been sitting undisturbed. Additionally I have spoken to several vintage motorcycle enthusiasts who recommend only experienced restorers clean/restore vintage motorcycles as the original paint/patina and surfaces can be damaged if done so improperly. So I will leave it up to the new owner.
2. Does the engine turn over? Answer: No. I tried turning it over without forcing it and it did not turn over. I have been told by enthusiasts that a bike sitting this long undisturbed will likely need engine work such as seals etc.
3. What is the condition of the rust? Answer: Please look at all the pictures & videos uploaded. In my unqualified opinion it seems to be very light surface pitting where I can easily scratch it off with my fingernail. I can easily provide more pictures of any particular areas you are concerned about.
4. Is the rear license plate included? Answer: No. I would like to keep this for sentimental reasons.
5. Is the original tool kit included? Answer: Yes. Please check the pictures & videos to confirm.
6. What is the condition of the interior of the gas tank? Answer: Please see the video available with the dropbox link to see inside.
7. Is that white stuff bird crap on the gas tank? Answer: It is an accumulation of dust and dirt. Please see the pics on the listing.
8. Is anything missing?
Answer: PLEASE CHECK ALL THE PICTURES to verify yourself. I'll be happy to take additional pic and videos if you message. I believe 1 of the 2 side mirrors is missing.
