1979 Ducati 900SS Mike Hailwood Replica

This 1979 Ducati 900SS comes from the first production edition of Mike Hailwood Replica bikes commemorating the racer's 1978 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy victory aboard an NCR-prepped 900SS. Power is from an 864cc square-case L-twin paired with a five-speed transmission, and bodywork is finished in red, green, and white in homage to Hailwood's 1979 TTF1 bike. Equipment includes a full one-piece front fairing, a clear windscreen, a Marzocchi fork and piggyback shocks, triple Brembo disc brakes with 280mm discs, and clip-on handlebars. Paintwork was carried out and service in December 2020 included rebuilding the carburetors, calipers, and master cylinders, replacement of the battery and steering head bearings, and a fuel system cleaning.
