This is a restored 1928 Indian Scout 101. This bike was sold at Mecum Auctions in Las Vegas in 2015. I purchased it in 2017 and it has been in my collection ever since. Restored with 500 miles sorting miles ridden. I had the bike running in 2017 and entered it into a Mopar show where it won Best American Motorcycle in Oregon. It has a clean Oregon title and was the oldest finisher in the 2013 Harley-Indian Wars. 45 CI side valve V-Twin3-speed transmission. The 101 design change of 1928 included a 3" longer wheelbase and an improved steering head angle which resulted in what many consider the finest handling Indian motorcycle of all time.
