Honda CBX1000 Z model 1979

Very nice 1979 Z model CBX. Originally from Canada, registered in the UK in 2020.
The bike has only covered approximately 24,000 miles. Mostly original apart from mirrors, grips and rear shocks. The paintwork is lovely with just a chip out of the tailpiece and part of the LHS striping missing. Original Honda exhaust pipes in very good condition, there is a little blueing on one side.
The motor is very good and pulls very strongly and smoothly ... it is the best out of all my CBX's Carbs were taken off recently and serviced and perfectly balanced by Nigel Sadler and ticks over nicely. The motor is very responsive to the throttle. There are no fuel or oil leaks that I can see. It is a very nice bike to ride and gets attention wherever I go but I have several other CBX's to complete and and don't have time to restore this one to it's former glory.
