1975 Yamaha dt400 enduro, restored to the original specs. 1975 dt400, absolutely stunning. Fantastic bike for all the collectors and the enthusiast. We did everything possible to get this bike into NOS features and that?s what we did. Cleaned carburetor, new air filter and spark plug. It always start on the first or second kick. Low-mileage, engine is quite, and runs like champ, smooth clutch and all gears shift normal, oil injector pump is working. Speedometer, tachometer, horn, head light and turn signals are working, plus all instrument lights are working as well. Fuel tank and oil tank painted with Yamaha yellow color. The fenders, taillight bracket. ears and headlight bucket painted correct shade of grey silver Inside the gas tank has no rust.
The gas tank decals are under the clear coat, same as the oil tank. All painted clear coated 3 times. Frame, swing arm, stand, crank case and brake lever had been sandblasted and powder coated with high gloss black color. Tool box, seat pan, air box, and skid plate had been sandblasted primer and painted Yamaha black and clear coated 3 times for protection. Rebuilt front shocks, horn, gauges and switches. Bore the cylinder to oversize. Has new oversize Yamaha piston and piston rings.

Transmission gears has been inspected and they are all in perfect condition. All crankshaft and transmission bearing has been replaced. Crankshaft free play has been inspected and is within the inspect. All nuts and bolts including spokes are zinc plated, polished are wheels hubs, lower forks, throttle housing and both levers. All cables are brand new, seat foam and seat cover are brand new high quality after market. Brand new handle bar. Re-chromed both wheels, front and rear wheel bolts and both chain adjusters and speedometer and tachometer as good as new nos. Replaced all external engine seals. I have the pink original title. Has the irc universal trials tires on it and they are brand new.
