1952 Harley Davidson FL 1200cc Panhead Vintage Motorcycle. Brilliant black 1952 FL 1200.
This is a great old Panhead, starts easily, runs smooth, and goes down the road straight. Engine has been rebuilt, doesn't smoke and sounds like a healthy Panhead should. Nicely sealed engine, doesn't have any oil sumping issues. Cases don't look to have any repairs, although right case was replaced and has 1949 belly number. Cylinders are -48 part number oem original, heads have updated o-ring style intake seals and have nice exhaust spigots with no repairs. 4 speed transmission and clutch function smoothly, M74b carb with upgraded float meters the fuel. New correctly installed OE style wiring harness, 6v electric w/model 52 generator and Delco relay. original uncut Harley wishbone frame, 16" star hub wheels are restored oem using NOS cad spokes. Tanks are beautiful clean original with oem emblems, paint is nice, Guide headlamp, stainless/ trim, and fenders are OEM. Speedometer was professionally restored and reads accurately. The only aftermarket parts on the bike are: wiring harness, toolbox, kicker pedal, horn, cables, tires, oem exhaust with period accessory vintage chrome muffler. Included is a set of nice reproduction correct style leather bags (not currently on the bike). Bike has State of Maine registration signed over from previous owner.
