Today, I went to {GSX storage centre} confirmed "Engine Number GS75X177168" "Chassis / Frame GS75X515320 {Model number according to REVS Check PPSR check GSX750EX, that's what my paperwork says. All available, all original purchase receipt etc. }.
I only registered to it, to get on it. Its got plenty of promise. Paint is bad though original. I did not start it today as fuel and battery disconnected for storage. Restore as you go. Thanks for viewing.
For full disclosure reasons, I must mention I'm a senior motorcyclist been riding for 50 years experienced. So the inexperienced need to know this GSX 750 "when below 3000 rpm" does not run clean. As stated carburetors need to be striped cleaned and tune-up and proper air box. Once you get above 3000 rpm runs clean, would wheel stand heaps of power. No smoke no oil burning, all gears and clutch seem fine. Mechanic said brakes should have old rubber lines replaced and front rotors should also be replaced. Is 43 years old. This GSX 750 was a barn find, I was told "sitting for 20 yrs" when I got it. I just got it up and running. Would suit careful experienced riders planning to restore as you go.
Thanks for viewing.
