Suzuki GT550 3-cylinder 2-Stroke 1976 runs shed find

Suzuki GT550 3 cylinder 2 stroke, has been in the shed for a long time, I did start it up a few weeks ago but very smokey so I would say needs new seals etc. Has a period Peter Allen 3-1 exhaust system. Would make a great project, has corrosion, brakes etc. dried up from sitting, tank inside looks good, wrong speedo. See pictures.
Pick up around Geelong, can assist in getting to Melbourne, happy for interstate buyers and will work with freighters but at buyers cost.
