Suzuli RGV250VJ22A 1991 UK Fully rebuilt bike

Totally rebuilt simply superb Suzuki RGV250 VJ22A (M) 1992 registered. 7650 Miles!

I bought this as a project and spent six months stripping it completely and refurbishing the whole bike. Massive list of parts including rebuilt crank, pistons and Aptec re-plated cylinders and Cougar Power Valves (£450!) plus studs and all new engine bearings and seals. Carbs stripped and US cleaned plus fitted new main jets and needle jets.

Re-plated parts throughout, painted tank, rebuilt forks and shock plus powder coated wheels, shock spring, new discs and pads, new bodywork, new chain/sprockets, Bridgestone tyres, stainless bolts, new brake lines, cables, levers, indicators and so on. No expense has been spared on this bike and it is in superb condition, built by a meticulous mechanic.

Nit picking, there are a couple of frame marks plus a small scratch on the front mudguard and a repair at the bottom of the rear stay (see images) and the seat could do with replacing ideally but otherwise, it is in superb condition. Unlikely to find a more thoroughly rebuilt bike like this and a bargain for someone - Selling as its not my type of bike at 64. It will have a new MOT and comes with paperwork and a few spares including ignition stator coils and pick ups.
