ARMAC Tiger Cub Trials Pre-65

After 12 months of building, I am reluctantly selling my ARMAC 250 Tiger Cub. As you can see from the pictures, no expense has been spared in building it. Since finishing the project, the bike has not been trialed, and unfortunately, too many other projects mean it has to go.

The spec is as follows:

- Tiger Cub 250cc engine (square barrel with an Alan Witton steel liner and Serco heavy flywheel weight for brilliant traction)
- Machined casing to allow easy removal of sprocket (Alan Witton mod)
- Alan Witton PVL ignition system
- ARMAC main frame kit, powder-coated in satin black
- ARMAC sub-frame kit, including sub-frame powder-coated in black, trials seat, brake pedal, rear brake cable
- ARMAC swinging arm kit
- ARMAC airbox, painted blue
- ARMAC exhaust system
- Lightweight alloy trials rims, Alan Witton anodized alloy hubs and back plates with stainless steel brake cams (copy of the originals and accepted by Scottish regs)
- Anodized alloy Montesa rear wheel spindles, used front and back, fitted with tire locks and trials tubes
- Brand new Michelin X11 rear tire and used Michelin front tire
- New chain and sprockets (Talon)
- ARMAC aluminum petrol tank, painted blue
- Alan Witton polished alloy top and bottom yokes and handlebar clamps
- 35mm Marzocchi internals fitted into Cub bottoms (carried out by Alan Witton)
- Renthal handlebars
- Falcon aluminum shock absorbers
- Montesa Cota kickstart conversion (Max Hayes)
- Mikuni carburetor (Dell'Orto supplied also)
- ARMAC clutch lightener
- ARMAC high top gear kit (29T sleeve gear and 16T spur gear)
- ARMAC chain tensioner
- ARMAC prop stand, powder-coated in black
- ARMAC 2-piece rear mudguard

Everything about the bike is immaculate. If you want to ride in Scotland, I have a frame and all the necessary parts to make the bike eligible, which I would sell separately upon negotiation.
Deposit required upon purchase, with balance paid in cash on collection. Collection within 7 days of purchase date.
