Rebuild Itinery.

1 Triumph 4 speed gearbox attached to triumph clutch/chain primary drive encased in no. 1190 alloy primary case.

2 Lucas reconditioned magneto model K-2-F Type a. o 4. 5 1 no. 42111F.

3 6T Bottom end with morgo oil pump and billet alloy magnetic sump.

4 E6305 Barrels. Triumph T120 Bonneville 9 stud head no. 71 2863. polished inlets. Rockers T120 no E1457.

5 Amal concentric MK1 Carbs x2 no. 30-932 with 2 ¾ p0lished alloy bell mouths.

6 Swept back down pipes attached to new goldie silencers.

7 Manx 5 Gallon polished alloy British made racing tank including chrome strap and fixing buckle. 2 ethanol friendly fuel taps. Monza fuel cap.

8 Unity Equip polished alloy oil tank including battery tray.

9 Unity Equip single suede covered racing seat long tail.

10 Smiths chronometric 1550/sc3303/01 150 mph Speedo from Vincent rapid.

11 Ducati 900ss cockpit fairing painted in night fire red.

12 Top and Bottom yoke one off billet alloy polished. etched with word TRITON on top yoke.

13 Triumph T120 front forks. conical hub painted night fire red. twin leading T120 brake polished. Stainless spokes laced to 18 inch Borrani rim Avon super venom tyre.

14 Unity equip alloy front mudguard with alloy stays.

15 Clip-ons. brake /clutch leavers chrome

16 Norton rear hub painted night fire red. chrome brake plate. stainless spokes laced to 19 inch Norton flanged rear rim. Avon super venom tyre.

17 Unity equip alloy rear mudguard with one off alloy number plate holder.

18 Stainless Norton chain guard

19 Hagon rear shocks.

20 Hanover Norton lightweight racing frame. Mike Hemmings widened swinging arm and frame spacer. side stand all painted in night fire red.

21 Billet alloy rear sets from (Royton precision cnc products. ) all brake and gear linkages one off stainless items.

22 Re- chromed and re formed kick start to miss rear sets.

23 One off billet alloy head steady. manx chain adjusters (Mike Hemmings) rear spindle. nut. ashers. stud axle stainless from Mike Hemmings.

24 All new tapered steering head bearings. front and rear wheel bearings.

Built this bike some 10 years ago at great cost and lots of time spent. Built in traditional racing style no lights fitted so day time use only. It rides as well as it looks. Wouldn't take much work to fit lights if preferred. use for parade race. or pleasure and watch it go up in value. No MOT but will put through if required.
