Description
On offer is a lovely Norton International 350cc.
The bikes runs and rides very well and certainly looks very attractive being presented in semi race trim.
This is not a matching numbers bike and has doubtlessly been used for racing over the years and therefore parts have been replaced upgraded over the years as is the case with the majority of Inters. however it is a genuine International and simply has evolved over the years and is not a thrown together replica recently built from adapted or scrap parts! The engine is believed to be from an ex works TT machine and has a beautiful looking and rare bronze cylinder head. The engine is earlier than the frame and obviously has an interesting racing history. The Lucas racing magneto has just been fully reconditioned and the TT carburetor has been stripped/ cleaned and is in good condition meaning that the bike starts easily and runs well. The machine also retains the correct 21" front and 20" rear wheel.
If you are looking for a nice and interesting pre war Inter with a nice specification that can be enjoyed this summer this has to be a good opportunity.
Viewing during working hours recommended but only by prior appointment. More photos can be provided on request and please feel free to ask any questions.
