Harley-Davidson Hardtail Chopper 998cc Ironhead Classic 1982

I don't know much about Harleys and all of the various models but I love this one. We took this in as a PX 6 months ago and have since registered it in the UK and fitted indicators for the MoT ( easy to remove ). The engine is from a 1982 Ironhead. starts on the button and runs so sweetly it will tickover at about 200rpm.
I'm told these engines are pretty rare and one that is easy to start even harder to find. The carb is a "shorty" with a S and S filter housing and filter. The clutch cover is something even rarer. The frame conversion was done in America 10 years ago and was made by Tedds Cycle Inc. and starts with PA1R. Much of the other items are custom apart from the wheels. Its in nice condition but this is not a orange county whopper.
There's no ignition key just a secret switch and no speedo. Hear this machine run on the pipes fitted and you will want this machine so I have priced it not to sell in a hurry as I fancy keeping it for the summer if I can.
