1954 Vincent Black Shadow Series C for sale.
I am selling my Vincent black Shadow Series C. The bike has matching Black Shadow engine and RFM number:F10AB/1B/. (with matching case numbers)RC. B
And earlier Rapide UFM:RC.

The Black Shadow is not a trailer queen nor a concourse winning bike. but it will take you from A to B with a big a smile on your face. This bike is a joy to ride and look at.
Previous VOC member had it for 25 years+ and had engine work carried out together with modifications to clutch. electrics etc.
Some paint is original. some is not. Some bolts are original. some are not. Seat is the original and in general there is a nice patina to the whole bike. Original Burgess silencer (sounds great). Amal concentric carburettors fitted for ease of starting (and a better ride). The bike starts 2nd or 3rd kick. Modified non original clutch which does its job well. 12 Volt electrics fitted. Original 5inch speedo.
Everything works as it should. Engine has good compression. pulls strong and is not mechanically loud when ticking over. Enjoy as is and upgrade to 100% original spec while keeping the bike on the road.
