Seller's notes: This bike belongs in a museum, it's absolutely beautiful with not a single scratch, nick or dent anywhere. New tires, new paint, every bolt, grommet, washer and nut was cleaned, painted and or replaced. Bike does have approx 400 miles since restoration so there is a little gas and grease around the carb which can be cleaned.

This is a 1939 Indian Chief featuring the World's Fair Pain Scheme. I bought this bike in 2016 in great condition and I took it to Mike Tomas with Kiwi Indian Motorcycle for a total frame off restoration that was finished in 2017. I spent over $65,000 and will be happy to send you a complete invoice of all the work that was done. Their website is www.kiwiindian.com and please call and talk to Mike if you have any questions. Mike saw the bike last month at the Mecum Auction Las Vegas.
This bike has won first place at every competition I've entered. Here is a link from one of the competitions http://vintagebikeoc.com/bikeofthemonth/mar17. It was at the Mecum Las Vegas auction last month where the bid on an "auction bike, sold as is with no warranty or ability to test ride or even start the vehicle" got to almost $50,000. This bike is perfect. Starts on the first or second kick, idles well, never stalls when riding, shifts gears easily and handles, stops and rides very well.
You are welcome to test ride the bike at my house. I will offer a full warranty on this bike should anything go wrong or anything not exactly as I've described or as the pictures show.
The bike is titled in CA in my name, matching and correct numbers.
